Estimators

We are looking for estimators in both our sheet metal and machine shops. Ideally candidates would be a Journeyman machinist or have a Precision Sheet Metal background. Using our manufacturing control system, the incumbent will quote labour, materials, and finishing costs at multiple quantity levels. The quotes are confirmed upon receipt of the purchase order, progress of the order is monitored and actual times are compared to estimates times to see if the job was quoted accurately. This job would appeal to those whose longer term goal is in supervision.

CNC and Manual Machinists

We run HAAS CNC milling machines, Okuma CNC lathes, and Bridgeport manual and EZ-trak milling machines. We require CNC machinists that can program using Mastercam or the Okuma IGF control software. We have openings for manual machinists to operate Bridgeport manual and EZ-trak milling machines.

Senior Sheet Metal CAD Programmer

The CAD Operator will use Solid Works to model sheet metal parts and assemblies and create flat layouts. Then using Sheet Metal Programmer (SMP) by Merry Mechanization, do tool assignment and create G-code files and Operation Sheet. Previous sheet metal experience is an absolute requirement.
