Hansen Industries Ltd. is a privately owned company founded in 1975 in Richmond, British Columbia. Hansen Industries Ltd. has grown from being a supplier of elevator replacement parts to a combined custom precision sheet metal and machine shop. Over the past five years, Hansen Industries has made a serious commitment to growth, investing in new Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) equipment and employee training. Hansen Industries Ltd. combines three principle activities under one facility; manual and semi-automatic custom sheet metal fabrication, high volume sheet metal stamping, and low through high volume precision machining. In-house tool and die personnel and shop equipment allows the design and fabrication of metal stamping dies for production quantity runs. Hansen Industries has the technical capabilities to support its customers through the product conceptualization, prototyping, production and service phases of the product life cycle. Hansen Industries Ltd. is committed to customer service and product quality. Service means competitive quotations, design suggestions for product improvement or price reduction, on-time delivery and immediate response to customer inquiries via a networked, integrated and computerized manufacturing control system that tracks jobs through bar-coding. Quality means attention to design, material selection, dimensional accuracy, finishing, aesthetics, inspection and packing with the intention of eliminating rejects or returns. Typically, Hansen Industries Ltd. will handle all the fabricating, machining, finishing, plating, painting, silk screening, assembly and quality control for its customers resulting in quicker delivery and lower costs.
